Challenge
Amway’s decentralized network of distributors needed a tool that would help them monitor and manage their business to meet their sales goals anywhere, at any time.
My Responsibilities
Employing Lean UX and Agile methodologies allowed us to gain insights directly from key subject matter experts, and develop new features based on their feedback every six weeks. Using a tool called “The Voice” we leveraged feedback directly from end users to ensure delivery of impactful, valuable capabilities with every release.
Results
We created a fully responsive site that provided a personalized experience across their seven international language markets while supporting a unified brand.

Develop a robust creator education experience that will become the cornerstone of our creator education efforts.
Team
Everyday, thousands of people stream for the first time. Creators at all levels are passionate about streaming and more specifically streaming on Twitch Unfortunately we don’t do much to simplify the experience for creators. Even seasoned partners don’t have a single place where they can find all the information and best practices on how to be successful on our platform We will develop a robust creator education program that will become the cornerstone of our creator education efforts
Scope
A name and overall concept for how this destination should be positioned / conceived
The design of a landing page experience that will be the gateway to the content
The user experience architecture for how creators understand the extent of the content, move through it, and consume it, whether that is through one or several pages
A content strategy that defines the key categories of content and their relationships to one another
High-level “marketing” copywriting that helps lead people through the experience and conveys your brand personality (but not the actual educational content)
Good ideas for how to promote and drive adoption of this destination within your unique community
