I’m a proven leader, strategist and creator, with 10+ years of experience guiding product design, innovation cross-functional team leaders and practitioners.

I believe design is the people we design for and with. Human-centered design requires determining what are the true needs of the customer and then combining those with the evolving goals of the business. I thrive on defining a brand's character, translating insights into strategy, crafting product experience frameworks, re-imaging systems and streamlining processes. I’m a champion for close collaboration between design, business, and engineering. 

I’ve been a part of consulting firms, global corporations and startups where I’ve guided cross-functional teams. The ongoing learning that has resulted from seeing where the rubber hits the road has been the catalyst for evolving design methodologies.

But, with working at the forefront of human-centered design, the constant is always to be an advocate for the customer, the customer experience and the practice of product design. I’m experienced working through the product development process end-to-end, with particular strengths in Design across physical & digital touch points and successful collaboration in dynamic and ambiguous environments connecting business and technology organizations into the design journey.

I’m an effective storyteller highly skilled at delivering strategic, simple, linear points of view to a gain align purpose-driven design solutions. My favorite question is: What if?
